NONA Bol Bar - Wine, Taste & Shop is the first stop of our eno-gastro story, where we offer delicious moments and fluid conversations in a natural environment.
It is located within the Hotel Bretanide Bol Sport & Wellness Resort, on the promenade which leads to one of the most beautiful beaches of Croatia, Zlatni Rat, and is open to everyone who comes to our pearl of Dalmatia - Bol on the island of Brač.
With light notes of Jazz, Chill out, RnB & Soul music, you can get acquainted with, taste and buy the products of selected Croatian winemakers, local Dalmatian producers of food and cosmetics, as well as local artisans and freelance artists, who guarantee authentic production and who have made sustainability their way of life and business choice.
NONA Bol Bar is a fusion of the traditional and modern, where on the charming terrace of natural decor, under the old green pine branches and the white stone of Brac, it offers a combination of the best of both eras.

Wine offer
In addition to our debuts Ma22 & Pa22, in the wine offer you will find selections of wines from the following TOP Croatian wineries: Duvančić, Krauhaker, Galić, Enosophia, Bartololović, Vina Matković, Delusional Micro Winery, Testamanet Winery, Krolo Winery, Stina and Čobanković.
In addition to wine, NONA Bol Bar has a selection of local craft beers and naturally made juices. For appropriate snacks, you can choose and enjoy it with autochthonous Drniš prosciutto, roast beef and bacon, with selected island, Dalmatian and Croatian cheeses, as well as salted anchovies, olives and extra virgin oil from the island of Brač.
Determined to reduce the use of pesticides and chemical protection agents, combining traditional agriculture and innovative technologies in an ecologically sustainable way, in the 2022 and 2023 seasons we produced the 1st Wine in Croatia using only UV-C lamps to protect the vineyards.
Our wines of autochthonous varieties, Ma22 white - blend of Maraština and Debita and Pa22 black - blend of Plavina and Lasina Crna, are produced according to the rules for ecological wines and without the use of chemical preservatives, pesticides or blue galica. These wines are produced from completely unsprayed grapes and exclusively protected by UV-C light and the natural power of the Sun.
Ma22 and Pa22 wines produced in Dalmatia in the vineyards of OPG Marko Duvančić, on the farm Agroturizam Duvančić in Razvođ at the foot of the Promina mountain.
